"Why I Started Flowynx.AI"
After spending over 10 years building automation systems for global investment firms, I saw a problem: small businesses in Singapore were drowning in manual work but couldn't afford enterprise solutions.
I watched my mother's flower shop lose customers to missed calls and manual booking chaos. I saw fitness studios turning away clients because they couldn't respond to WhatsApp messages fast enough.
